• Pre-Engineered K-12 Campus lets you purchase a complete set of Contract Documents, except for Surveying, Soils Testing, and Site Plan of your site, to construct project in minimum time. The plans are already complete, designed with flexibility so they can be quickly modified to fit a variety of sites.

  Portable classrooms offer a low cost, rapid construction time for building classrooms, administrative offices, day care, Head Start Program, and numerous other programs.  We offer Low Cost and Rapid Turnaround Time for Engineered Plans, Specifications, and Bid Documents for Portable Classroom Buildings. Engineered plans in Texas are required by law for "Public Work" if total cost is greater than $8,000.00.
